A Learning Environment

At YoungInnovations, we work hard and play hard for 5 days a week. As career professionals, we take our jobs seriously and use lots of brain power from Monday to Friday. That’s normal for us, and we love it. But we also love a full 2-day weekend. We believe that 5 days of hard work should be rewarded with 2 full days of relaxation and a healthy work-life balance. Come back on Monday refreshed and ready to go again - full steam ahead! - this week!

We believe that when you work hard, the little things should be taken care of for you. We’ll provide a delicious lunch for you every day, cool refreshing drinks in the hot summer afternoons and tea to warm you in the winter. Tailored Career Development Plans

New technological ideas, tech stacks, and tricky problems have always intrigued Shreeja.  Looking forward to kickstarting her career in IT, she wished to find a platform that corresponded to her fascination. This lead her to YoungInnovations, where she joined as an intern and now gets to put her inquisitiveness, vision, and skills into some of the most interesting projects. She believes YoungInnovations is a holy grail for both learners and communicators. The office environment, and the community that the establishment has succeeded in creating provide everyone with the opportunity of being conversant with the latest tech and encourage implementation of the best software development practices in their everyday lives.

Understanding a problem and solving them has always been a very rewarding feeling for Shreya.  While starting a new feature or product, she has been fascinated by the problem solving approach of YoungInnovations. She has always been intrigued by this whole process of how ideas and problems are turned into solutions through designs. This is the main reason that motivates her in being a designer. Shreya was looking for a company with a design team that would guide her in her UI/UX journey, and introduce her to the whole process of designing. She joined as an intern and now she is one of the talented team member of the design team. She says - ' Team here at young innovations was a perfect fit that has always been helping me grow in my career'.

Bigyan is one of those people who cannot remain without being involved in something. Having worked in a restaurant as a chef for about a year, and now as a Motion designer, his career journey has been quite unique on its own. He believes its a fate that he came across to know that there’s an opening for an internship as a video editor at YoungInnovations because after he joined YoungInnovations he realized that this is the dream job and the team he was meant to work with. He has excelled in his work since then.
